Wow! This year sure wasn't what we thought it was going to be, but turns out, that's a good thing! Since moving to our dream home, an old dairy farm, we've renovated the original milking barn for our shop, which looks awesome by the way :)
It's the shop we've always wanted with the right amount of space and REAL workbenches to finally house all of the cool tools we've collected over the many years of doing our art, not to mention all of the leather!
The milking barn was only a warm up for the BIG barn, and although we were itching to dive in to that, we knew we'd better get some leather work done first or we wouldn't have anything to renovate...
Well, the Universe, as usual, was doing it's thing, and it knows how badly we've been dreaming of this, all of the conversations between the two of us over the years of what our dream place would be, every detail and then some! It never fails to amaze us how the laws of attraction work, and it seems that the Universe was saying, "no, we're not going to wait to rebuild the barn.... we're going to do it right now!
On April 4th, a straight line wind came through and blew in the upper side of the BIG barn!
